BhorForce® range of Woven Bidirectional Carbon Fabrics for Cosmetic Applications
BhorForce® bidirectional fabrics are available in standard weave patterns such and Plain and 2/2 twill as well as custom weave patterns such as honeycomb and diamond which are perfect for cosmetic applications like automotive panels, furniture panels, etc. Fabrics are available in a range of aerial weights from 200 to 630 gsm as per the required laminate thickness, drape characteristics, and visual effects. Custom weave patterns can also be made on request.

BhorFix ® range is a weave stabilized Bi-directional Woven Carbon spread tow fabrics.
It is backed on one side by a very thin layer of weave stabilized material.
Applications:
• Minimizes the distortion of fabric weave/pattern during handling, lay up and processing.
• Minimize fraying of the delicate fabrics during cutting and kitting.
• Minimizes distortion of the weave and displacement of the fabrics in the mold.
• This product is recommended for aesthetic composite components in aerospace, Automotive, sporting goods and UAV industries.
