Khandwe Has A Strong Track Record Of Over Twenty-five Years In The Industry Providing The Strategic Direction And Vision Using Innovative Materials And Process Development; Which Spearhead To A Profound Growth Of The Organization In Term Of Revenue, Skilled Human Resources, Niche Market And Respectable Supplier And Customer Relations. Before Joining The Industry He Was Associated With ISRO, DoE Govt Of India. He Has Done Post-graduate, PhD And Post-doctorate Studies In The Field Of Polymers. He Is A Member Of BTRA GDr. Governing Council, BTRA Research Council, FICCI Committee On National Textiles Policy. Dr Khandwe Has Gained Technical Leadership In The Field Of High-performance Materials, Technical Textiles, Composites And Converting Industry. He Has Played A Key Role In The Development Of Quality Systems As Per ISO, TS And QS Standards In The Industry. He Is Proficient In Designing And Execution Of High Technology Projects Many Of Which Are The First Time In India. He Has A Knack Of Strategic Sourcing, Project Implementation, Technical Collaboration, And Business Development. He Has Long Experience Of Formulating Organization’s Policies As A Member Of The Top Management Team.

Mr. Akhil Hebbar Heads All The Commercial Initiatives, With Over 10 Years Of Experience In The Strategic Sales, Technical Marketing And Product Development Of High Performance Materials And Intermediates. Varied Experience In The Sales Of Composites Products To Different Industries Ranging From Aerospace And Defence To Wind Energy And Automotive Markets. Worked With Customers Across Different Geographic Locations Ranging From North America To South East Asia And India. Well Experienced With Various Composites Processing Techniques And Technologies. Experience In Composites And Advance Materials.
Commercial Director
Mr. Abhimanyu J. Thackersey Is The Managing Director At The Bhor Chemicals And Plastics And He Provides Overall Strategic Guidance, Corporate Planning And Leadership To All Aspects Of Our Business. He Is An Arts Graduate Specializing In Economics From The University Of Michigan-Ann Arbor And Has Been Associated With Technical Textiles For Over 9 Years. He Has Taken Special Training In Various Textile And Garment Industries In India And Abroad With Experience In Production, Marketing, Finance And Accounts. He Was Also The Executive Director At Hindoostan Mills From 2009 – 2017 Wherein He Was Responsible For Profitability And Operations Of All Of The Group’s Companies.
