1. These Conditions govern all supplies of materials, and components from The BHOR chemicals and Plastics Pvt. Ltd.

2. By making payment or by receiving the goods ordered, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the present conditions.

3. In Case where customer requires orders with COD as payment term, a purchase order needs to be uploaded on our website by the customer bearing the organizations letter head and seal. The order acceptance is subject to BHOR’s approval. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

4. The Buyer shall be liable for all costs incurred because of his failure to observe our instructions, safety guidelines in handling materials as many of the products sold on this website are hazardous chemical products intended for commercial, industrial, or professional use and which require skill, experience, or experimentation to get optimum results. Before using any of our products, users/ buyers must familiarize themselves with the relevant technical (TDS) and safety (MSDS) datasheets provided by The Bhor Chemicals & Plastics Pvt. Ltd. on its website. BHOR shall be in no way responsible for the proper use and service of the product, nor for the safeguarding personnel or property, all of which is the duty of the user.

1. The prices are considered firm.

2. All transportation charges are in the account of the buyer. 

1. If you place an order on this website and choose to pay by credit/debit card, payment will be taken immediately at the time of ordering. If all items on your order are in stock at the time of ordering, then the order will be processed, and dispatch shall be made within 3-4 working days.

2. If any items on your order are out of stock at the time of ordering, then your order will be held until all items are in stock and the order can be shipped completely. The Buyer shall be notified of the same.

3. Details of batch number/lot number will be given in COA along with the invoice.

4. BHOR is not responsible for orders placed on unofficial websites/ channels registered/ indicating BHOR’s name.

1. The Buyer will receive material in BHOR’s standard packaging mentioned on our website.

1. It is Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order placement. 

2. Deliveries once made to the address mentioned by the Buyer will be considered done and the Buyer shall be responsible for picking it from that address.

3. In case of non-receipt of materials, Buyer must contact BHOR within 15 working days otherwise the material will be considered to have been safely delivered.

4. Delivery time will depend on your shipping country/region and other factors. Delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative and not absolute.

5. Undelivered goods due to incorrect/ incomplete address will automatically be returned to BHOR and no refunds will be issued. The buyer is responsible for collecting the material from BHOR for that order thereafter.

1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

1. If the material has defects, the customer is requested to contact BHOR executives through the support tab on website within 15 days of delivery. The defects must be recorded and submitted with sufficient evidence along with reference to the respective sales invoice number and date.

2. Replacement of defective material shall be subject to correct handling and storage followed with reference to BHOR technical data sheets and handling manuals.

3. Replacement or refunds will be subject to a mutual agreement between BHOR and Buyer. In case of discrepancies, BUYER agrees that BHOR’s decision will be final.

4. In the case of replacement, defective material must be returned to BHOR.

5. In case of refunds, payment shall be refunded to the BUYER within 15 days of resolution.

1. Disclaimer All data given in technical data sheets is based on representative samples of the materials in question tested under prescribed conditions. Appropriate reduction factors need to be applied based on design, site and/or processing conditions. Since the method and circumstances under which these materials are processed and tested are key to their performance. Since, BHOR cannot verify whether the requisite conditions of use have been followed; Bhor cannot the properties of the material. 

2. By accessing this website, you agree that BHOR will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the information and the material contained in this website.

4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

External links are provided for your convenience and for reasons consistent with BHOR's mission. Once you link to another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that new site.
